Experienced Broker and Attorney Jordan David Beal

Jordan David Beal is a San Diego, California-based attorney and real estate broker who serves as broker/owner of Beal Group. He launched the firm in 2013 and has since provided a range of commercial and residential brokerage and investment services to landlords and tenants. Jordan David Beal has resided in San Diego's North County for more than 20 years and has extensive market knowledge.

Before launching his own firm, Jordan Beal briefly worked as an attorney at the full-service civil litigation firm Merkin and Associates, where he conducted real estate, business, and complex bankruptcy litigation. He previously worked for four years for the real estate firm of Douglas Wilson Companies. Serving as associate general counsel, he drafted leases involving residential and commercial property and property management agreements and brokerage listing agreements.

He received his juris doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history from the University of California Santa Barbara. He worked three months as a teaching assistant at the latter. Complementing his experience, he holds membership with the San Diego Association of Realtors.
